Watanzania tusichoke amani tafadhali

Zipo dalili kwa baadhi ya watanzania kuchoka amani. Ndugu watanzania, tunapaswa kujifunza kupitia mataifa mbalimbali ya nje, nchi zote unazozisikia kwamba kuna machafuko makubwa, kabla ya hayo machafuko zilianza kwa maandamano isipokua Afghanistan na Iraq ambazo zilivamiwa na marekani baada ya shambulizi la kigaidi la septemba  11, kwa kuzitaja nchi za mifano kwa machafuko makubwa ambayo chanzo chake ni maandamano ni Ukraine, Syria, Misri, Lybya . hizi nchi zinaonja machafuko makubwa katika historia ya kipindi cha zaidi ya nusu karne iliyopita, sababu pekee hizi nchi zilianza na maandamano na mikutano ya kupinga tawala zao zilizowekwa kwa mjibu wa sheria za nchi zao zilizokuwepo wakati huo, wapinzani wa serikali zilizokuwepo madarakani wakipata nguvu na msukumo kutoka mataifa ya nje, wakati huohuo mashirika hasa yauwekezaji ya mataifa hayo ya nje yakizitamani mali asili za nchi zao, wakati wote mashirika hayo yalipata upande wa kufadhili dhidi ya serikali iliyokuwepo madarakani. Kutokana na kwamba nchi zenye kufadhili ni nchi zilizotukuka katika tekinolojia ya habari, mawasiliano, mitandao ya jamii na utajiri wa kufadhili upinzani kwa namna wanayoitaka, basi waliweza kuyatengeneza makundi ya upinzani kufuata malengo yao na yakatimilika, walichoshindwa nikuleta utengamano wa nchi hizo, maana walikaribisha mawazo yenye kupingana kwa afya ya maendeleo ya jamii, walikaribisha uhuru wenye ushindani wa kupingana kimawazo hivyo kutokeza jamii zenye nguvu linganifu kila moja ikipinga mwenzake. Kwa hiyo jamii za mataifa hayo zimekua zikiwekeza zaidi katika kupingana kimawazo, kimikakati na kwa kutumia nguvu, kwa sababu ni makundi yanayokaribiana kiuwezo na nguvu, basi machafuko makubwa hayakuepukika, na ndio hayo yakiendelea kwa kipindi cha miaka mingi mpaka sasa. Makundi haya yanapigania kushika madaraka, kuendesha serikali za nchi zao, wakipigania kwa njia mbalimbali kama upinzani kuzuia mikakati ya kimaendeleo ya wale walioko madarakani, upinzani kupandikiza viongozi vibaraka serikalini, kupindua uongozi ulioko madarakani, upinzani kujenga urafiki na mataifa adui kwa serikali zao, kutumia mgawanyiko wa kikabila, kidini na ukanda kwa faida yao kuhodhi madaraka, upinzani kuteka njia za mawasiliano kupitia mitandao ya kijamii kama facebook, whatapp, instagram, nk, wakisaidiwa na mataifa tajiri yenye nguvu. Upinzani hawapendi kutumia uwingi wa kura, bali hutumia uwingi wa makusanyiko makubwa ya watu wasiojulikana idadi yao hutumika kama chombo cha kulazimisha maamuzi wanayoyataka wao (upinzani) pamoja na kutojulikana uwingi wao. Na idadi ya waliowengi wasio unga mkono upinzani husalia majumbani na maamuzi yao kulazimishwa na wachache waliojitokeza barabarani kwa njia isiyo rasmi kwa idadi isiyojulikana. Upinzani hupenda kulazimisha wanayoyataka kwa kupitia njia zisizo rasmi kama taarifa za udanganyifu kutumwa kwenye mitandao ya kijamii, udukuzi wa taarifa za siri za serikali zilizoko madarakani kwa msaada wa mataifa makubwa, kushawishi mikutano na maandamano yasiyo na manufaa kwa jamii na kutumia nguvu kupindua serikali zao zilizoko madarakani. Hivyo watanzania tunahitaji Baraka za mwenyezi Mungu, aweze kutufungulia akili zetu tutambue kwamba uchaguzi umeshapita na ninani tumemchagua kulingana na katiba yetu, tumwache tuliemchagua atuongoze kwa maana sera anazozihubiri ndizo tulimchagua kwazo, wapinzani ambao hawakumchagua kwa hizo sera basi wafuate katiba yetu inavyo sema, kwamba yeye aliyechaguliwa ndiye kipenzi cha waliowengi na tufuate sera zake kwa kuzika kaburini na kuzifukia tofauti zetu, tuchunguze ni mabadiliko gani watakayoyafanya viongozi wetu kipindi hiki cha miaka mitano, ili baada ya miaka mitano tuchague serikali nyingine itakayotufaa
.
Tanzanians not neglect peace please

These countries experience chaos in history for the past half century, the only reason the citizens of these countries began to march and crowding for protest against their legitimate leaders  imposed in accordance with the laws of their countries existed at the time, opponents of the regime that existed in power they draw strength and inspiration from outside the country, while investment agencies especially from outside their country in desire to win over natural resources of their countries, the agencies found side to fund against the existing government power. The foreign country agencies sided with oppositions in financing information technology, communications, networking and community wealth to fund opposition to the way they wanted, then they can make them opposition groups pursue their goals and succeed, Something they usually fail is to create stability after the created chaos, because they welcomed contradictory ideas for healthy social development, welcomed the competitive freedom of thought counterweight thus producing strong communities opposed symmetrical to each other. In the category of nations that have grown more invested in contradictory conceptual, strategic and violent, because these two groups (government and opposition)are approximately equal in strength and opposing,  then chaos is inevitable and it is going on and on, and it seems they will continue sometime ahead . These groups push for gaining power of running the government of their country, fighting in various ways as the opposition block development strategies of those in power, transplant puppet rulers in government, overturning the leadership in power, the oppositions partners with enemies of their government, using split ethnic, religious ethnicity and geographical locations to their advantage in acquiring national chaos, draw a means of communication through social networks like Facebook, whatsapp and instagram aided. The opposition does not like using a plurality of votes, but uses large and informal gatherings through traffic in unknown quantities as a tool to impose their decisions that suit them gaining power while fulfilling objectives of foreign agencies. Opposition likes to impose contradictory ideas farcified information to the community through unofficial channels as the disclosure of fraud sent on social networks, hacking on state secret information with the help of great nations and foreign agencies and calling demonstrations without benefit to the community and using force to overthrow their government in power. So Tanzanians we need the blessing of almighty God, he could then open our minds and we should realize that the election has passed and Who have chosen according to our constitution, to let him reign the policy we chosen him for , opposition who were not chosen him for that policies they should follow national constitution call that says the elected person is the favorite of the majority therefore has the mandate to implement the policies we selected him for and bury the our differences away from our community, we have to consider what changes our leaders would make in this period of five years, so that after five years to have another chance of choosing another government.

A LAW WILL NEVER BECOME A SUBSTITUTE OF MORAL VALUES

Leadership requires morals, President of the country is someone to manage values, other works delivered over the president are to assist a leader to manage moral values, managing morals is the only much work in the hands of the president and all the officials at the highest level, there is no other work that the leadership of the country should making that rank higher than regulating moral values. Top executives receive information and review them as they have done within the law (law as an alternative of moral values because moral values are not easily measurable)

Just consider a chairperson of the village with a very few people, his work is just receiving information disseminating information and managing some activities done within a village but he/she fail to complete the work, how about the leadership at the National level with thousands of people to be led? . The highest level leadership should conduct reviews of moral conduct by themselves and they must recognize that laws are not an alternative of moral values, but laws exist because moral values are not easily measurable.

Often the authorities seeks something different from moral values ​​and places it on top in their leadership management and rendering moral values as something valueless and non-helpful, Then the law is used by criminals as evil hiding bush and breach of moral values which is the great mistake done in leadership.

Moral values and law are two different things, laws are there to assist in reaching to the moral values ​​yet the laws will never be a substitute of moral values. law has a limit which can be positive or negative in one way or the other, but moral values ​​is a performance in a profitable way possible and in a correct manner satisfactory to the community involved.


The law was introduced after the deviation society, morality non-compliance brought the community into the system of laws, and laws are measurable that is why brought into the community to act in place of moral values (ethics) simply to have a predictable and defined way of conduct, laws are used to define justice and criminal processes with punishment to regulate moral values as needed by the community, hence reduce non-compliance of moral values within a community.
Axis of justice is not the law but moral values, morality is something abstract , something  which has no clear structure or mechanisms of decisions, it is based on the abstract values that ​​come from the culture of the community, is due to the preconditions of the time and circumstances of the community .

Moral values are defined by the community, the local community can say this is happening according to moral values by measuring profitability and moral compliance, moral values ​​may change due to the public awareness understanding of things at different circumstances of the community, the moral values ​​pertaining to the head of government cannot be identical with the values ​​of an ordinary citizen , and the society is the principal organ to create values ​​and moral system is implemented by the administration.

As civilization becomes more rooted, the same formal laws continue to grow structures and legal systems intensifies the expansion involving the greater community and become more complex and unrepresentative of the community moral values.

Chief administrator of moral values ​​are citizens and should not be law, one of the management methods of citizens in managing morals ​​are gathering in social activities while giving various opinions and participate in the various options in selecting leaders Who whoever follows ethics in practice, but the people as part of the community affected by recent external civilizations are more driven by law than moral values, meaning the place of morality in our minds are occupied with the law, and yet a citizen forget a greater authority he/she has to decide on the basis of moral criterion than the formal laws.


Moral values ​​are taught by whom? Values ​​are taught by culture of the community, and the culture continues to change with time and different influences, therefore culture of the community changes with time and is the one that structure moral values at different periods.


That is when is the leader responsibilities to understand moral values of his community and understand administrative means to deliver services to the ordinary citizen and hence satisfy the community.

Hata siku moja sheria haitakuja kuwa mbadala wa maadili.

Uongozi unahitaji maadili, Rais wa nchi ni mutu wa kusimamia maadili, kazi zingine zinazozidi hapo ni zakumwezesha yeye kusimamia maadili, kusimamia maadili ndio kazi kubwa pekee ambayo iko mikononi mwa raisi na viongozi wote wa ngazi za juu, hakuna kazi nyingine ambayo uongozi wa nchi unapaswa kuifanya ambayo nikubwa kuliko kusimamia maadili. Uongozi wowote wa juu serikalini sio sahii kuamini kwamba kazi yao kuu ni utendaji, viongozi wa juu hupokea taarifa mbalimbali na kuzipitia kama zilitendeka kwa kufuata sheria (kama mbadala wa maadili maana sheria huweza kupimika maadili sirahisi kupimika)

Kama mwenyekiti wa mtaa mwenye watu wachache sana katika uongozi wa kiserkali kazi yake huwa ni kupokea taarifa kusambaza taarifa na kusimamia tu nae hushindwa kukamilisha kazi yake sembuse uongozi wa ngazi za juu wenye elfu elfu ya watu. Uongozi ngazi za juu unatakiwa kusimamiana maadili wenyewe kwa wenyewe kulekule juu, na lazima kutambue kwamba sheria sio mbadala wa maadili bali sheria ipo kwasababu nivigumu maadili kupimika.

Maadili na sheria ni vitu viwili tofauti, sheria imewekwa ili kuyafikia maadili lakini hata sikumoja sheria haitakuja kuwa mbadala wa maadili, sheria inamipaka ambayo inaweza kuwa chanya au hasi kwa namna moja au nyingine, lakini maadili ni kufanya kitu kwa namna iliyobora na sahii zaidi kwa faida ya jamii husika kwa ubora wake wenye kuifaidisha na kuiridhisha jamii.

Sheria ililetwa baada ya jamii kupotoka, kutofuata maadili ndiko kulikozalisha sheria, ili mutu aweze kushitakika nakuadhibika hatimaye kuwa mutu wa maadili basi inalazimu sheria iwepo kupunguza mapengo ya kutokufuata maadili.

Mhimili wa haki sio sheria bali ni maadili, lakini maadili ni swala la kufikilika, ni swala ambalo halina muundo wala utaratibu maalumu maana maamuzi yenye kuzingatia maadili hutokana na utamaduni wa jamii husika, hutokana na halihalisi ya wakati na mazingira ya jamii husika.

Maadili hutafsiriwa na jamii husika, jamii husika huweza kusema jambo hili lililotendeka au limetendeka kwa mujibu wa kimaaddili na hili halijatendeka kwa mjibu wa kimaadili kwa kupima namna gani jambo hilo lingetendekaje kuleta faida zaidi katika jamii, maadili huweza kubadilika kutokana na hatua ya uelewa wa jamii na mazingira yanayoizunguka jamii husika na mutu mmojammoja katika jamii husika, maadili yanayomhusu kiongozi wa serikali hayawezi kufanana sawsawa na maadili ya mwananchi wa kawaida , na jamii ndicho chombo kikuu cha kuunda maadili na uundaji wa mfumo wakimaadili hutekelezwa na uongozi wakilishi.

Kadiri ustaarabu unavyozidi kuota mizizi na kuendelea kukua na ndivyo ambavyo miundo na mifumo ya kisheria inavyozidi kutanuka ikihusisha jamii kubwa zaidi na kuwa tata zaidi nakutowakilisha maadili ya jamii zilizojumuishwa.

Msimamizi mkuu wa maadili ni mwananchi na haipaswi kuwa sheria, moja ya njia za usimamizi za mwananchi katika kusimamia maadili ni kujumuika katika shughuli za kijamii huku akitoa maoni mbalimbali na kushiriki katika chaguzi mbalimbali kwakuangalia ninani atakaye fuata maadili katika utendaji, lakini wananchi kama sehemu ya jamii ya ustaarabu hushawishika zaidi na sheria kuliko maadili, maana mahala pa maadili katika akili zetu pamekaliwa na sheria, kumbe mwananchi ndiye mwenye mamlaka makubwa zaidi hivyo ilimpasa aamue kwa kigezo cha kimaadili zaidi kupita kigezo cha sheria.

Maadili yanafundishwa na nani? Maadili yanafundishwa na utamaduni wa jamii husika, na utamaduni huendelea kubadilika kwa nyakati na ushawishi tofautitofauti, hivyo utamadudi wa jamii husika hubadilika kwa vipindi tofauti na ndio hutengeneza sura ya maadili kwa vipindi tofautitofauti.

Hapo ndipo kiongozi anapotakiwa kujua maadili ya jamii yake na kujua namna ya kuyasimamia ili kufikisha huduma kwa mwananchi wakawaida hatimaye kuridhisha jamii yake.
